The New England Patriots won the coin toss prior to the Super Bowl between them and the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., and Cooper Kupp’s selection had everyone saying the same thing.
Kupp was chosen by the Seahawks to make the pick for the pregame coin toss. He called tails — which lost since the coin turned up as heads. But many people thought they heard Kupp say heads.

The Patriots won the toss and deferred their choice to the second half. The Seahawks received the opening kickoff and ended up making a field goal for the first points of the big game.
