The Arizona Cardinals are two days away from making the first overall pick in the NFL Draft, and if Kliff Kingsbury is to be believed, the franchise still doesn’t know who they’ll be selecting.
According to the head coach, the Cardinals are “still working through things” with regard to the first pick in the draft.
.@AZCardinals Coach Kliff Kingsbury just said the team has not finalized the top pick in Thursday’s draft: “We’re still working through things. It is a process. I wouldn’t say the hay is in the barn.”

It’s up to you whether you believe Kingsbury or not. Some reports indicate that, despite the widespread belief that they will ultimately make quarterback Kyler Murray the first pick, he is telling the truth. If nothing else, Arizona looks like they’ll be keeping the tension up pretty close to draft time.
