Chargers undecided on Hunter Henry’s status for wild-card round
Los Angeles Chargers tight end Hunter Henry is in contention to play in the team’s playoff opener, but no decision has been made yet on his status.
According to coach Anthony Lynn, the tight end is very much questionable for Sunday, and will be limited on his snap count even if he plays.
Anthony Lynn said a decision has not been made on if Hunter Henry will play, but if he is active the Arkansas product will be on a pitch count.

Henry has not played in 2018 after racking up 12 touchdowns in his first two seasons. His return for the playoffs, even in a limited role, would give the Chargers a significant boost in the passing game.
Henry’s return may also allow Stephen A. Smith to come up with a slightly more accurate game preview.
