Charley Casserly: Feedback on Kyler Murray was ‘worst comments’ ever
NFL Draft season is in full swing, with rumors, reports and negative information freely flowing. This time it’s Kyler Murray at the center of the scrutiny.
Murray is in contention to potentially be the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft. But if you ask NFL Media analyst Charley Casserly, Murray’s interviews with teams at the combine did not go well. In fact, Casserly said Tuesday that the feedback he received “were the worst comments” he ever received on a highly-rated quarterback.

Casserly, the former Houston Texans GM, said Murray rated badly in the categories of leadership, study habits and board work.
Casserly is not alone in his comments. Phoenix radio host Kenny Sargent said he heard Murray did not do well in the interview room.
Our @kennysargent is hearing from his people in Texas that @TheKylerMurray did not do a great job in the interview room,
His ability to read defenses was a huge question mark

Is this all just your typical smokescreen type of feedback or real? Those are the questions we are left asking.
Regardless, the negative comments don’t seem to be a deterrent for the Arizona Cardinals, who may have plans to draft Murray with the top selection.
