Unbelievable video shows Bears player goofing off during Hail Mary play

Tyrique Stevenson points

An unbelievable video has emerged, and it shows one Chicago Bears player completely goofing off during the biggest play of his team’s 18-15 loss to the Washington Commanders on Sunday.

The Bears were leading the Commanders 15-12 following a touchdown the NFC North team scored with 25 seconds left. The Bears probably thought they had the game in hand — at least Tyrique Stevenson did.

Washington drove to their own 48 and had two seconds left for a final play. They ended up completing a Hail Mary to win the game and secure an improbable win.

Why did the Bears allow a Hail Mary? Because their players were not locked in and already thought the game was over.

A fan captured a video that showed Stevenson taunting Commanders fans on the final play, even after the ball had been snapped.

Stevenson ended up being the player who tipped the ball in the air so that it was caught by the Commanders.

It’s truly unbelievable to see Stevenson taunting fans while the play was ongoing. It’s one thing to taunt between plays, but he was doing it even after the ball had been snapped. He had no idea! The ending of the game served him right.
