Cowboys exec Stephen Jones had told season ticket holders that Collins suffered a foot injury, which apparently is pretty serious.
Collins, who has 44 tackles and seven sacks over the past two seasons, has battled foot injuries throughout his career. He broke his foot as a rookie in 2016 during offseason team activities. He underwent left foot surgery in January.
