San Diego Chargers running back Danny Woodhead was carted off the field during Sunday’s game with what appeared to be a knee injury.
Woodhead was tackled in the open field by Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith, and his leg bent awkwardly underneath him.

If Woodhead is forced to miss an extended period of time, the Chargers will miss a lot more than this awesome first down celebration. Woodhead is one of the best passing-down backs in the league and a huge part of San Diego’s offense. The Chargers have already lost their top receiving option in Keenan Allen. Talk about horrible luck.
