David Wilson moons New York traffic after neck surgery
New York Giants running back David Wilson entered the 2013 season as one of the more promising players in the league, but he suffered a neck injury at the beginning of October and was unable to play for the remainder of the year. Wilson underwent successful neck surgery on Thursday and can now begin the road to recovery. He started off with a bang.
Or, more specifically, Wilson started off with a moon. The 22-year-old stood in front of his hospital window with a johnny on and mooned the traffic that was going by in New York.
“Hold up!!!!” Wilson wrote on Instagram. “Hold my phone (drake voice) while I moon NY traffic from the hospital room. Dr took pic.”
There’s something unsettling about an NFL player who just underwent neck surgery standing on a window sill, but I guess that’s Wilson’s business. We all heal in different ways.
