DeAndre Hopkins heads to locker room early before halftime
DeAndre Hopkins headed to the locker room early before halftime of Saturday’s AFC wild-card playoff game between his Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts.
The Texans drove into the red zone before halftime but a 4th-down pass from Deshaun Watson to Hopkins went incomplete in the end zone, turning the ball over to the Colts. Shortly after the play, Hopkins was shown going into the locker room early before the half ended.
NFL Network’s James Palmer said Hopkins was getting his shoulder looked at during a timeout, so it’s possible he wanted to receive more medical attention.
