The Pittsburgh Steelers will be without their best wide receiver and their starting tailback when they take on the Denver Broncos in the division round of the playoffs Sunday.
The team officially ruled out both Antonio Brown and DeAngelo Williams on Friday. Williams was less of a surprise, as he has been nursing a significant ankle injury since the final game of the regular season and has not been able to practice.
It goes without saying that the Steelers will have to overcome some long odds to beat the Broncos on the road. In addition to Brown and Williams being ruled out, Ben Roethlisberger is listed as questionable. He has not been able to throw at practice since taking a brutal hit (video here) from Vontaze Burfict.
