DeShone Kizer leaves Week 2 game with migraine
DeShone Kizer made the second start of his NFL career against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, but the rookie quarterback left the game early with an injury.
Kizer took some big hits in the first half, and the Cleveland Browns announced in the second quarter that he was questionable to return to the game due to having a migraine.

Kizer played well enough to keep his team in the game against Pittsburgh last week, and he drew some praise from his veteran opponents. Browns head coach Hue Jackson said recently that Kizer gives the team hope, so it goes without saying that losing the former Notre Dame star for any period of time is not ideal.
