Gardner Minshew’s dad Flint is one gigantic muscle
Gardner Minshew’s father belongs in the Hall of Fame of athlete dads who could kick your behind.
During Sunday’s Jacksonville Jaguars-Houston Texans game, CBS showed Minshew’s family in the stands in Houston. This was the former Washington State quarterback’s first career NFL start, so it was a big deal for his parents. And his dad, Flint, was impossible to miss.
Take a look at the man and his gigantic muscles:

He defeinitely has some Popeye forearms.
Minshew’s dad is named Flint. Gardner is named Gardner Flint Minshew II even though there is no evidence of a “Gardner Flint Minshew” family name. Oh, and Gardner’s grandfather wanted to name the quarterback “Beowulf,” which would have been awesome.
Either way, the entire Minshew family is cool. You have Gardner and his epic swag, and Flint and his huge muscles.
