Las Vegas Raiders strength and conditioning coach Deuce Gruden is used to looking short next to NFL players, but the height discrepancy is never more obvious than when he stands next to offensive lineman Kolton Miller.
Gruden, who is the son of former Raiders head coach Jon Gruden, is 5-foot-6. He is a respected strength coach who has been in his current role for a decade now. Prior to the Raiders’ Week 4 game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Deuce did some work with Miller.
Miller is 6-foot-8 and one of the tallest players in the NFL. If not for Gruden being so jacked, it would have looked like Miller was spending time with a young kid before kickoff at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev.

The size difference is crazy 😳😳😳pic.twitter.com/NP7YO8LiJj
Gruden is a powerlifting champion who is stronger than a lot of players on the Raiders’ roster, so he is probably more than comfortable with looking short next to the guys he is training. There just aren’t many players who can make him look quite as short as Miller can.
