Josh Allen had a five-word message for Buffalo Bills fans who left Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., on Sunday night prior to the end of the team’s 41-40 comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens.

Allen passed for 394 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 2 more scores as he helped his Bills come back to beat the Ravens. The team was down 40-25 with 7:16 left in the game. Since it was a late-night game, some fans made an early exit from the stadium. The Bills then scored on a 10-play, 80-yard drive, forced a Derrick Henry fumble that they recovered, and immediately scored again. They forced a quick 3-and-out by Baltimore and were able to drive and set up the winning field goal as time expired to improbably win the game.

Allen and kicker Matt Prater were interviewed by “Sunday Night Football’s” Melissa Stark after the win. The Bills QB noted how some fans had left the game.

“Our team didn’t quit. I mean, I think there’s people that left the stadium. That’s OK — we’ll be fine. But have some faith next time,” Allen said.

Yes, that’s the message from Allen to Bills fans — “have some faith next time.”

Bills fans are regarded as being some of the best in the NFL. Their team has also been consistently good over the last six years, so it’s surprising to see members of Bills Mafia packing it in early. Missing out on an epic comeback win was their punishment. And yes, they should have some faith next time.
