Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon thinks he might have a shot at returning to the NFL.
According to NFL reporter Jason Cole, Gordon checked himself into rehab two months ago in cooperation with the league, and he hopes to be reinstated fairly early in the 2017 season.

Gordon has not played since 2014 due to various violations of the league’s substance abuse policy.
The explosive wide receiver may be optimistic, but perhaps that optimism is misplaced. According to Roger Goodell, there’s nothing coming soon on the Gordon front.
