Report: Kenny Britt in danger of being cut by Browns after breaking curfew

One of the Cleveland Browns’ major offseason additions is reportedly already in danger of losing his place on the team.

Veteran wide receiver Kenny Britt was reportedly sent home from Houston Sunday morning, along with teammate Corey Coleman, after breaking the team’s Saturday night curfew.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, Britt has received a final warning and is in serious danger of being cut if he does not get things together quickly.

Britt will play Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, his former team, but the Browns will be looking for something positive from him in the contest.

It would be fair to say that the wide receiver has been an enormous disappointment since signing for $17 million guaranteed during the offseason, with coach Hue Jackson more or less threatening to bench Britt. The 29-year-old has just eight catches for 121 yards so far this season.
