Leonard Fournette does not see any carries in third quarter
Leonard Fournette may be in the Jacksonville Jaguars’ doghouse at this point.
The Jaguars went away from Fournette in the third quarter of Sunday’s game, giving him no touches and relying instead of T.J. Yeldon and David Williams during their game against the Washington Redskins. There did not appear to be any injury to Fournette, and he was spotted on the sidelines cutting a very frustrated figure.
Leonard Fournette spent that entire last possession standing on the sideline away from offensive coaches with his arms crossed. He hasn't touched the ball in the second half. #Jaguars

Fournette returned in the fourth and ripped off a 25-yard run on his first attempt. However, he was immediately back to the bench as Williams and Yeldon were once again put in the backfield at Fournette’s expense immediately afterward.
The Jaguars’ underwhelming season may be best summed up by Fournette’s lack of production. He’s missed roughly half the season due to injury and the most notable thing that happened to him was an on-field fight that got him suspended. Sunday might end up being the low point, especially if this was a semi-permanent benching.
