NFL teams are reportedly reviewing the medical info for Malik Hooker in advance of the draft, and the signs are said to be good.
Hooker, a safety from Ohio State, is viewed as a first-rounder and potential top-10 pick. He had surgery to repair his labrum and also a hernia after the Buckeyes’ season ended.
According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, the combine recheck went well.
Teams are reviewing medical info: On #OSU S Malik Hooker: Combine recheck went as well as it could. Healing is good. No questions there.

This information means teams should not have any reservations about picking the defensive back early in the draft. The Jets at No. 6 overall could be a possibility for Hooker.
