Report: Top NFL prospect Maurice Hurst diagnosed with heart condition
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Hurst was diagnosed with a heart condition during the Combine and will not participate in any further drills.
Michigan DT Maurice Hurst, projected as a potential first-round pick, was diagnosed today with a heart condition, league sources told ESPN. Hurst will not go through combine drills and will undergo further testing this week.

Hurst was widely expected to be a first- or second-round pick, but everything is on hold until further testing determines the severity of the injury.
