Robert Kraft is one of several men who were allegedly caught on video engaging in illegal sexual activity at a massage parlor in Florida last month, and the New England Patriots owner may decide that there is too much evidence against him to deny having been involved.
According to police affidavits that have been made public, surveillance footage shows Kraft entering and leaving the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Fla., on Jan. 19 and 20. There is also graphic footage that purports to show Kraft paying for and receiving sexual acts. Sources who reviewed the video told ESPN’s TJ Quinn that “it is unquestionably Kraft” and that the 77-year-old is unlikely to dispute the charges.
Sources who have seen the surveillance video say it is unquestionably Kraft and they don't expect him to dispute the charges (although he could plead down). Again, Kraft's attorneys deny he broke any laws.

Also bear in mind, besides having Kraft on video, police identified him coming out of the spa on the 19th, ID’d him at a traffic stop, and identified the vehicles he traveled in. According to the affidavits. https://t.co/0zui3FlqCy

Interestingly enough, Kraft through his attorneys vehemently denied having engaged in any illegal activity after the allegations first surfaced.
The timing of when Kraft is said to have visited the massage parlor may lead some to believe he’s innocent, but all indications are that the evidence is fairly indisputable.
