Rashaad Penny briefly exited Thursday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers after suffering an ankle injury.
The Seattle Seahawks rookie running back rushed for 30 yards on a play in the first quarter. Penny zig zagged plenty on the play and did not return on the drive afterwards.

Penny was termed questionable to return due to his ankle after that play. He was able to return for a carry later in the first quarter and lost three yards. He was back on the field sharing carries with Chris Carson in the second quarter.
Penny has battled through multiple injuries this season and has been a disappointment after being picked No. 27 overall. He entered Thursday’s game with just 254 rushing yards and one touchdown.
