Sterling Shepard getting $41 million extension from Giants
The New York Giants shipped out one wide receiver and are locking up another.
The Giants are giving receiver Sterling Shepard a four-year, $41 million contract extension. ESPN’s Adam Schefter says the deal includes $21.3 million in guaranteed money.

Shepard had 66 catches for 872 yards and 4 touchdowns last season. As a rookie in 2016, he had 65 catches for 683 yards and 8 touchdowns. He’ll be looked to as a key contributor with Odell Beckham Jr traded to Cleveland.
