Tom Brady has great response to Shedeur Sanders
Shedeur Sanders had just over two minutes to keep Colorado alive in the Rocky Mountain Showdown on Saturday. The two minutes were more than enough for the 21-year-old signal caller as he channeled his inner Tom Brady.
Colorado trailed Colorado State 28-20 with just 2:06 left at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo. Sanders led the Buffaloes to a resounding 98-yard TD drive with half a minute to spare. He then calmly found tight end Michael Harrison streaking behind the defense to complete the 2-point conversion.

Sanders threw two more touchdown passes in the overtime periods to lead his team to a 42-35 double-overtime win.
During the on-field interview following the win, Sanders said he did his best Tom Brady impression.
“All I was thinking was ‘Brady mode,’ that’s it. Simple. ‘Brady mode’ that’s it. Left too much time out there,” said Sanders.
Brady is arguably the most clutch quarterback in the history of the game. Embodying the NFL’s all-time leader in game-winning drives on the field is never a bad idea.
The 7-time Super Bowl champion had a hilariously perfect response to Sanders’ “Brady mode” quote. Brady posted the young QB’s interview on Instagram along with a rather flattering caption.
“I just want to go Shedeur mode at some point in my life,” said Brady.

Brady, like the rest of the football world, has kept tabs on Colorado’s undefeated run this season. The former New England Patriot even sent Sanders a 3-word reminder after the Buffaloes’ season-opening win against TCU.
Brady and Sanders have had a relationship for years. Now that one of them is away from football, the other is taking the sport by storm.
