Travis Benjamin has PCL sprain, will rehab injury

Travis Benjamin

Travis Benjamin has a Grade 2 PCL sprain in his knee but will not need surgery, according to a report.

NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport says the San Diego Chargers wide receiver will rehab his knee, which has kept him limited at practice, and does not need surgery for the sprain.

Benjamin has missed practice for the Chargers in recent weeks and was even listed as questionable on the injury report, though he has not missed any games.

The former 4th-round pick has 38 catches for 509 yards and three touchdowns this season.
