Tyreek Hill carted off practice field with apparent leg injury
Tyreek Hill is back practicing with the Kansas City Chiefs after the NFL decided not to suspend him in the wake of child abuse allegations, but he left the field with an injury on Tuesday.
Hill stayed on the ground briefly after being hit by cornerback Bashaud Breeland, but he was able to limp over to the medical tent under his own power. He was later carted off the field with what ESPN’s Adam Teicher said appeared to be a right leg injury.
Tyreek Hill gave the Chiefs a scare when he stayed on the ground after being hit by CB Bashaud Breeland, who was breaking up a pass. Hill eventually got up and hobbled over to the medical tent, where he is being examined.

Being carted off is never a good sign, but the Chiefs may have simply been playing it safe.
Hill had to stay away from the Chiefs for much of the offseason after he was suspended indefinitely, but they welcomed him back immediately after the NFL cleared him. Hill recently issued an apology for some of the things he was heard saying to his fiancee on an audio recording, and the star receiver said he is ready to move forward. How quickly he can do that will depend on the severity of Tuesday’s injury.
