Victor Cruz is still being bothered by a groin injury that kept him out of Friday’s preseason opener for the New York Giants.
Cruz returned to practice for the team on Sunday but was barely able to get through a few reps. He will be reevaluated.

After bursting onto the scene in 2011 and 2012, injuries began taking a toll on Cruz. The wide receiver tore up his knee in 2014 and then missed all of last season with a calf injury. Not much should be expected out of him at this point.
