Herm Edwards coached his Arizona State Sun Devils to a victory in the Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl on Tuesday and received a very appropriate celebration.
Edwards’ Sun Devils dumped a Powerade jug on the coach. Rather than the usual liquid going on the coach, Edwards was covered in Frosted Flakes, owing to the bowl sponsor.

Now that’s a grrrrreat celebration.
The best part is the coach doesn’t have to worry about freezing from being wet. I think this should be a new tradition. What else could we put in jugs to dump on coaches for celebrations? I’d love to see a huge bucket of pasta dumped on a coach.
ASU won the game 20-14 over Florida State to finish the season 8-5. Last season, the Sun Devils finished 7-6 under Herm after losing the bowl game.
