Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra revealed on Wednesday that he recently got engaged to longtime girlfriend Nikki Sapp.
Spoelstra and Sapp, a former Heat dancer, have been dating for more than two years. Spoelstra dropped the big news just before wrapping up his interview with Izzy and Ethan on 790 The Ticket.
“The coolest thing I did this summer, without a doubt, I got engaged,” he said, via Slice Miami.
Spoelstra did not mention Sapp by name, but Chris Bosh’s wife Adrienne later confirmed that it is, indeed, Nikki.

The Heat coach must be pretty excited, because he typically keeps his personal life completely under wraps. We couldn’t even find a photo of Spoelstra and Sapp together on Nikki’s Instagram page. Fortunately, there are plenty of her. You can see more of them here.
