Whether they get back together or not, something tells me we’ll still be talking about Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush as a pair five years from now. Kim bounces around from boyfriend to boyfriend, but Reggie’s is the name she is most frequently tied to. Now that she is fresh off a fake marriage with Kris Humphries, reports are surfacing that Kim K. has been trying to win Bush back. In fact, one magazine claims Kim wants to elope and Reggie hasn’t completely ruled it out.
As HollywoodLife.com pointed out, InTouch is reporting that Bush agreed to see Kardashian earlier this month as long as they remained completely out of the public spotlight.
“She didn’t go out once,” a source said. “And they weren’t seen in public together per his request.”
One of Kardashian’s friends also said Kim wants to “run off with him and marry” but that it will be very private. According to the story, Reggie is willing to give Kim another chance if she agrees to stop seeking publicity, give up her reality TV show, and quietly finalize her divorce with Humphries.
“Reggie wants Kim to completely disappear from the public eye,” a source said. “Kim thinks Reggie is the one so she’s going to try her best.”
And that’s where I stopped listening. This sounds unlikely to begin with, let alone imagining that Kim could possibly adhere to Bush’s stipulations. The Kardashians can’t disappear from the public spotlight — even if they wanted to, which they obviously don’t. Oh yeah, and this news came out around the same time Ray J is claiming his and Kim’s sex tape was made while she was still married to her first husband. If that’s the type of thing Bush is into, I guess giving her a second chance would make sense.
