Douglas Lima hands Michael Page first career loss with shocking KO
Michael Page on Saturday suffered the first defeat of his MMA career, and it came at the hands of Douglas Lima.
The two fighters met at Bellator 221 in Rosemont, Ill. in the semifinals of the Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix. Lima tripped Page with a leg kick and nailed him with a big uppercut while he was on the ground. The uppercut seemed to be the knockout blow, because the referee stepped in to stop the fight before Lima could get more than a few more slugs in.
