Lindsey Vonn received the cutest tweet from a young fan who was watching the Opening Ceremony for the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
Renee Chou, a news anchor for WRAL in Raleigh, N.C., tweeted a photo at Vonn that showed reporter’s 3-year-old daughter waving to the skier while watching her on TV:

Chou appeared to be watching the Opening Ceremony on the delayed broadcast from NBC, which meant Vonn wasn’t marching at the time she received the tweet and was able to respond. Vonn loved it and said she was waving back:

It’s hard to beat that.
Vonn is looking to add to her career medal total at the Olympics (2) after missing the last Winter Games due to a knee injury.
