Boxer Curtis Stevens appears to have a chai tattoo permanently inked on his neck.
Chai is the Hebrew symbol for life and a symbol of Judaism. It’s common to see Jewish people with necklaces that have a Chai chain.
Todd Phillips, who directed “The Hangover” and “Old School” was rocking the Chai chain during his hilarious cameo as the gang bang guy in Old School:
Who needs a gold chain when you can just tattoo the symbol on your neck? I mean why didn’t more Jews think of this?

Of course, if you’re going to get your neck tattooed, you’re not going to just limit it to a chai symbol. Stevens has a message on his right side and a few kisses on his left:
