Harrisburg Senators Field Literally Under Water (Picture)

That is the field where the Harrisburg Senators play baseball. It now looks like one of those giant frozen hot chocolates from Serendipity’s. Because of the that, the Nats’ Double-A affiliate will have to play their playoff series in Richmond instead of at home at Metro Bank Park. There’s no way Bryce Harper can be pleased with this outcome.

According to Adam Kilgore of The Washington Post, the stadium is situated between two rivers on City Island in Harrisburg. That explains the extreme flooding. Note to self: don’t build a stadium between two bodies of water.
