Metta World peace on recovery from knee surgery: ‘I’m too sexy for my cat’ (Video)

If you thought Metta World Peace was insane for returning to action less than two weeks after having surgery on his knee, you haven’t heard anything yet. Coming back from an operation that quickly seems like a pretty crazy thing to do, so you might as well have an even crazier reason for doing it. World Peace had that covered.

As you can see from the video anove that SI.com’s Point Forward passed along, World Peace said he came back from the injury so quickly because he is “too sexy for my cat.” What does that mean? We have no idea, and he probably doesn’t either. What we do know is that he used the word “sexy” 10 times when talking about the injury and “cat” eight times.

Should we be surprised? Not really. This is the same guy who said that ridiculous thing about Jesus making us lose our teeth at a young age, so he probably is too sexy for his cat — whatever that means.
