Every other program gets hammered for this but USC just skates. The only penalties we should be hearing about is forfeiture of every game Mayo and Reggie Bush played in. That includes forfeiture of conference, bowl and national titles. Every other program had to do it, the Fab Five had to do it, the precedent is set...but yet nothing for USC.
