It was ridiculous, there were 2 block in the back calls missed and an excessive celebration (high fiving a teammate on the 10 yard line) that were not called. Gotta love Pac-10 officials. Just ask Oklahoma. If you can get past Washington State and Stanford you might go to a BCS bowl. Not that I am bitter or anything. GO VOLS!

That return was ridiculous... the whole Cal offense is ton of fun to watch.

The Pac 10 will get better national acknowledgement when their teams play home and home with the other major conferences. For instance, the record will never look great when Washington State takes pay days by going to Auburn and Wisconsin with no return games at Pullman or even Seattle.

Even TV commentators just mention raw numbers head to head, instead of adjusting for hoem field.

The SEC is good, but when was the last time you saw most of their teams go out of conference and play home and home with the Big 10, Pac 10 or Big 12? Florida, Georgia, LSU and Alabama are a few of the teams that stay close to home. Auburn, Arkansas and Tennessee do venture out occasionally, and with mixed results. The Vols in particular can afford to do so, when their traditional rivals are Vandy and Kentucky.

I would love to see Georgia or Florida in Big Ten country for a November game in cold weather, but it will probably never happen.

I personally D-Jax (as Cal fans call him) is more skilled than Reggie Bush and will have a better pro career. Its just the medias love affair with U$C that gives Bush edge in terms of national love. It probably helps that reggie is a RB not a WR. Final question....why doenst D-Jax return kickoffs as well im sure he could take a few of those to the house especially with the new rules. UCLA-CAL is going to be a hell of a game spped vs more speed

Jackson is an electrifying player and punting away from him will only result in getting Cal's high powered offense good field position.

The Pac-10 is much tougher and balanced at the top than the media bother to acknowledge.
