Redskins get Roy Helu’s name, London Fletcher’s number wrong on season tickets (Pictures)

The Redskins likely wish they could take a mulligan in the season ticket printing department. Season tickets were recently sent out to those lucky Washington fans who get to enjoy eight exciting home games led by Robert Griffin III, but it appears as that the addition of RG3 excited the season ticket department so much that they forgot basic information about the rest of their players. Lets start with Roy Helu Jr., whom the Redskins have chosen to call “Robert” as a D.C. Sports Bog reader pointed out on Twitter.

At least all of RG3’s information is factually accurate. But it didn’t stop there. Helu has only been with the team one season, so you can excuse the mistake based on that if you’re a particularly forgiving person. London Fletcher, however, is entering his sixth season with the Redskins and 15th in the NFL. Yet they somehow still managed to screw his number up as another Twitter user pointed out.

Next year, the Redskins should probably proofread their season tickets in addition to their game day programs. I guess anything’s better than the time they misspelled their own player’s name on his actual jersey.
