Tim Tebow is one of those polarizing figures who is popular enough to do just about anything he pleases. If he ever decided to run for political office, there is no question he would get votes. So what say you, Timmy?
Speaking at his charity golf tournament recently, Tebow told FOX News that he would not rule out getting into politics.
“I don’t know at this time in my life,” Tebow said when asked if he would run for office. “If there’s a chance you can make a difference someday in something, that would be intriguing.”
Tebow has gone from college football champion to first-round draft pick to ESPN analyst. He has also dated a former Miss USA and starred in a pretty funny Super Bowl commercial that mocked himself. Other than appearing in another NFL regular season game, there really isn’t much you can rule out when it comes to Tebow. If he ran for mayor of Gainesville, he would almost certainly win the election.
