Video of Michael Vick’s Apology

I have to say, I was quite moved by Michael Vick’s speech today. He apologized to Goodell, Blank, his teammates, and the fans. I’ll let you judge it for yourself, with much thanks to Awful Announcing for the video.

Really, I think he knocked it out of the park, and it seems like he will be doing some soul searching. I bet he still can’t believe that the dog fighting led him to this much public embarrassment. Again, I completely bought the speech, and really appreciated the fact that it was straight from the heart, seemingly un-rehearsed. And thank goodness it was his speech — not that of a public relations firm.

It genuinely did seem like his speech, but you just hope that people can see beyond the act and let him back into somewhat of a regular life once his penance is paid.

I would be willing to bet that a polygraph test would show that genuine remorse concerning his heinous acts of cruelty would not ring true. More than likely he’s sorry about the loss of his career , his money, and his freedom. They mentioned his financee ,and I say let’s put the fun back into dysfunctional relationships. Does she need counseling or what???

Yea, lots of soul searcing…”oh man I might get busted for killing some helpless animals, I better get it together and stop being a fuck up”. Or, instead, he lied through his teeth, he’s sorry he got caught, not sorry that he did it.

Fuckin loser, I hope he get’s booted from the NFL AND jail time.

I think that Michael Vick is really dumb……he thinks that everyone will forgive him when he abused so many dogs and killed most….Just because he is good at football doesn’t mean that he should get his job back!!!!!!!!!!
