Celebrity doctor Drew Pinsky sang the national anthem prior to Monday’s Los Angeles Kings-Vancouver Canucks game.
Donning a No. 17 Kings jersey that said “Dr. Drew” on the back, the radio/TV host delivered an excellent rendition of the song. You can listen to it about 15 minutes into this video he posted on Facebook:
Dr. Drew has actually performed the national anthem before a Kings game before — he did so two years ago.
Pinsky’s mother was a professional singer. He has said in the past that he considered becoming an opera singer but went into medicine instead. He probably would have done quite well as a singer.
