Former New York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier sat among the commoners during Game 3 of the ALDS on Tuesday night, and some are now calling him a good luck charm for the Bronx Bombers.

Before the start of the ALDS between the Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays, Frazier posted on social media asking whether he should buy tickets to Game 3 at Yankee Stadium and sit with “the bleacher creatures.” He decided to do it.

Frazier shared a photo on Tuesday night that showed him sitting in the right field bleachers and wrote “bleacher creature tonight!”

The Yankees fell behind 6-1 early in the game but came back to win 9-6 and keep their season alive. They now trail the Blue Jays 2-1 in the series. Frazier also shared a video of him going crazy with fans after Aaron Judge blasted a home run to left field to tie the game in the bottom of the fourth.

Frazier was with the Yankees’ organization from 2016-2021 after they acquired him in the Andrew Miller trade. The 31-year-old always seemed like a bad fit with the team and had issues with their organizational rules. Frazier has openly bashed the Yankees since his departure. He also recently called out Aaron Boone, which is why many were surprised to see him support the team on Tuesday night.

Frazier, a career .235 hitter, has not played in the majors since he was with the Chicago White Sox in 2023. The Yankees might want him back in the exact same bleacher seat for Game 4 on Wednesday night.
