Friday’s Game 1 of the ALDS between the Cleveland Indians and Houston Astros began as a pitcher’s duel, but that quickly changed.
Houston put up two in the fourth, beginning with Alex Bregman’s solo home run to lead off the inning. Then in the fifth, George Springer and Jose Altuve both took Corey Kluber deep with back-to-back home runs.
Back-to-back.

The two-time Cy Young Award winner was lifted from the game after allowing four runs on six hits over 4.2 innings.
There was a lot of talk on Twitter about Kluber getting shelled in the postseason once again.
Maybe he’s just not a postseason pitcher. Lordy.

Corey Kluber deserves the playoff reputation Clayton Kershaw actually has.

Springer & Altuve go back-to-back to start the 5th.
How many times did Corey Kluber allow back-to-back HR all season?

Kluber shouldn't have shaved, that was a bad move

Kluber had two bad starts in last year’s postseason, and he’s begun the 2018 postseason in the same disappointing fashion.
