Ayesha Curry: Warriors families kept on bus prior to Game 6
Ayesha Curry, the wife of reigning NBA MVP Steph Curry, complained on Twitter Thursday that the families of Warriors players were kept on a bus and not allowed to enter Quicken Loans Arena for Game 6 during pregame.
Curry sent the following tweets minutes prior to the scheduled tipoff time for Game 6.
10 mins til game time and the whole teams families are sitting here on a bus. They won't let us in yet. Interesting tactic though. Again.

Still waiting. At least 100 of us.

It sounds like they were finally let in at 9pm ET, just when the game was set to start.
Pulling in … It's 9pm… Anywho… #LetsGoWarriors !!!!!!!

Was this a tactic by Cleveland to upset their opponents’ families? Or was this a self-imposed act by Golden State?
Bay Area News columnist Marcus Thompson said that the Warriors tried to eliminate all distractions leading up to the potential clinching game:
I'm told Warriors have been locked in since they got on the plane to come to Cleveland. No family. No distractions. Just focused.

Heard the Warriors believe there were too many distractions before Game 5 … Made some changes for Game 6

It could also just be that there was some security reason related to managing crowds that explains why they were kept on the bus so long. But what we do know is that Ayesha is not happy and she’s not the only member of her family complaining about the treatment of Warriors fans in Cleveland.
