Bucks were partying at strip club night before losing to Lakers

The Milwaukee Bucks may have lost to the 4-21 Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday night because they were still coming down from the high of beating the Golden State Warriors.

In more ways than one.

Video footage that was obtained by TMZ claims to show several Bucks players partying it up at a strip club in L.A. until about 2 a.m. the morning they faced the Lakers. O.J. Mayo, Greg Monroe, Miles Plumlee and Khris Middleton appeared to be having themselves a great time less than 24 hours before their 113-95 loss to the Lakers.

While it could be a complete coincidence, the situation looks even worse when you consider that Monroe was scratched from the game due to a “sore left knee” that was not previously disclosed. Mayo scored nine points on 3-of-11 shooting. Middleton scored 16 and was 6-of-16 from the field while Plumlee actually played well off the bench with 10 points on 5-of-7 shooting. He also grabbed eight rebounds in 24 minutes.

Are we saying that grown men choosing to have a night out before a game is the reason they lost? No, but it doesn’t look great given the circumstances. As this veteran party boy can tell you, it’s always better to win the game if you’re gonna get turnt 16 hours before playing.
