Did Kevin Durant inadvertently give the Portland Trail Blazers some bulletin-board material after Game 2 on Thursday night?
The Golden State Warriors won Game 2 114-111, coming back in the process and getting a huge steal from Andre Iguodala to seal the game. Durant did not play as he continues to recover from a strained right calf injury, but he was in attendance at Oracle Arena.
After the game, he was waiting in the tunnel to congratulate his teammates on the win. While celebrating with Draymond Green, he off-hand said Portland doesn’t want to go the NBA Finals.
"Finals? … They ain't trying to go there …"

The comments were things you hear in a locker room from one teammate to pump up another, but these days, everything gets recorded and makes its way online.
You can believe this video will get into the hands of Portland’s players. You saw just how much one tweet motivated CJ McCollum. Wait til they see this video of Durant saying the Blazers don’t want to get to the Finals.
Golden State leads the Western Conference finals 2-0 with Game 3 in Portland on Saturday. The Blazers will be more motivated than ever to get a win.
