Los Angeles Lakers superstar Luka Doncic is set to go above and beyond in hopes of bonding with his new teammates.
According to Dave McMenamin of ESPN, Doncic is going to host his teammates on a four-day minicamp in his native country of Slovenia. This will take place in August and will feature various activities, including golf, workouts and Ljubljana tourism.

The Lakers have lots of new faces on the roster. For starters, LeBron James decided not to return to LA and instead chose the Philadelphia 76ers.
LA acquired Utah Jazz big man Walker Kessler in a massive blockbuster trade, then signed Sandro Mamukelashvili, Quentin Grimes and Collin Sexton right after acquiring Kessler.
LA has also added Ziaire Williams, who last played for the Brooklyn Nets, as well as former Golden State Warriors big man Kevon Looney.
Austin Reaves is also back in the purple and gold with a four-year, $185 million deal, and there are still hopes of Jonathan Kuminga coming to town in what would solidify the new-look roster in the post-LeBron James era.
So, Luka Doncic is trying to step up as the leader and he is hoping the Slovenia trip can unite his new teammates before training camp begins.
