Is James Harden really going to be traded prior to Thursday’s NBA trade deadline? Probably not. But if the Brooklyn Nets decide to deal him, there are certain teams listed as contenders to land him.
Online sportsbook sportsbetting.ag posted odds on the teams favored to acquire Harden if he is traded. No surprise, the Philadelphia 76ers are listed as the favorite. After that, the other teams listed are the Celtics, Heat, Clippers, Knicks and Raptors.

There has been talk that Harden may not want to remain with the Nets long term, which has led to some of the trade rumors. Even if they lose Harden in free agency after the season, Brooklyn might not be motivated to deal the veteran guard this season. They’re still looking to make a championship run even though they’ve lost nine in a row.
