The Las Vegas Raiders are one of two NFL teams that still have a head coach vacancy, though the Raiders appear to be closer to filling the position.
The Raiders are set to interview Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak on Saturday, which would be his second interview with the team. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler was told that the job is probably Kubiak’s to lose.
The Raiders plan to interview Seattle OC Klint Kubiak over the weekend and then make a decision on their head coach, per sources.

In addition to the Raiders, Kubiak has received interest from the Arizona Cardinals, which are also looking to hire a new head coach. Kubiak could be in a position to choose between the two.
In either job, Kubiak will be working with a new quarterback. The Raiders have the No. 1 overall pick for this year’s draft and are expected to select a QB. There is some speculation about whom that might be. The Cardinals are expected to move on from Kyler Murray this offseason.
Kubiak, 38, is in his first season as the Seahawks’ offensive coordinator after spending the 2024 season as the New Orleans Saints’ OC. His offense ranks third in the NFL in points and 8th in yards. He is the son of former NFL head coach Gary Kubiak, and has been coaching since 2010.
