Steve Kerr shared some great praise of former Golden State Warriors guard Shaun Livingston.

Bleacher Report shared a throwback tribute to Livingston on Sunday, praising the retired guard for making his way back from a devastating knee injury to eventually win three titles with Golden State. Kerr, who coached Livingston for all five of the guard’s seasons with the Warriors, responded with some of his own thoughts.

Kerr lauded Livingston for his resilience and leadership.

One of the best people I've ever been around. The resilience to come back from that injury and play & lead at such a high level was remarkable. https://t.co/8YQ0sXyXXJ

Livingston was the No. 4 overall pick by the Clippers in 2004. He suffered a major leg injury in 2007, missed all of the following season, and only played in 12 games the season after that. It wasn’t until 2013-2014 that Livingston began playing in over 70 games per season and later won three titles.
