Adrien Broner goes to jail for 10 days
Boxer Adrien Broner will be getting a break from training this week and next. That’s because the fighter will be in jail for the next 10 days.
Broner appeared in court Tuesday to plead guilty to a parole violation and begin the corresponding 10-day jail sentence in Hamilton County, Ohio, as TMZ reported.
Broner was arrested for drunk driving last summer and was given six months probation. He apparently violated the probation in November, less than six months after his July arrest. He pleaded guilty to reckless operation of a moving vehicle.
In addition to the current jail sentence for a probation violation, Broner is also facing charges for an assault at a bowling alley.
